The Blair Group LLC is a full-service strategic consulting service that focuses on grassroots solution for the unique needs of our clients. We specialize in grassroots voter contact campaigns, activist and volunteer training, strategic communications, targeted public programming, and grassroots earned media projects.

Our Team
David Blair is the Executive Director of the Conservative Leadership PAC and President of the Blair Group LLC. As President of the Blair Group LLC David travels the country training, equipping, and mobilizing conservatives to organize and win for candidates and causes they care about.
Formerly, David served as Director of the Leadership Institutes' flagship training program the Youth Leadership School. In this role, David trained over 5,000 conservative young people from all over the world the principles of mass-based youth organizing.
As a youth organizer himself David led the Trump Campaign's successful youth effort in 2016 as the National Director of Youth for Trump. He went on to oversee youth outreach on the Presidential Transition Team and served as a Deputy Press Secretary in the Trump Administration.
As an advocate for free speech on college campuses, David was involved in the promotion and execution of President Trump's Executive Order on free speech and has contributed to Fox News on the topic.
David has been a speaker at CPAC, Japanese CPAC, the Western Conservative Summit, Turning Point USA's Teen and Student Action Summits, Values Voter Summit, Generation Joshua's iGovern summits, and is a Distinguished Faculty Member of the Leadership Institute and a speaker for their "Liberal Privilege" tour.

David Blair
Fiona Moodie serves as Vice President for Blair Group and brings extensive political campaign experience to the team, spanning from local to presidential elections. Fiona has orchestrated large-scale fundraisers and field operations, developed political messaging, and successfully organized a historic recall election. Her expertise also includes conducting in-depth demographic research to drive effective outreach and voter engagement. Growing up between the UK and the US, Fiona continues to split her time between both countries, leveraging her unique international perspective to enhance her strategic approach in political campaigns.
